Holding Space
A very short post to share my experience in last week's retreat, which was all about being of service to others by holding space.
Though I was making my way up, ticking off all the boxes and getting profiled as a top talent, I felt that something was missing. I was making progress, but it somehow failed to fulfill me.
How you see yourself is not cast in stone. It is your birthright to “redefine” yourself and start over, from a place that feels truer to you.
I believe we all experience a wake up call at some point in our lives. Mine was losing all my stuff to a breaking in in April 2013.
Many of us are going through change - career, purpose, spirituality, complete as you see fit - related.
This is a short entry where I share how to avoid the overwhelm of the information offer.
