We discussed Conscious Leadership as a way of leading one’s life with awareness.
We explored the paradoxical fact that “leadership is not just about you, but it's also all about how you show up in the world”. Our journey also took us into mastering the Inner Game, understanding the intricate web of thoughts, emotions, and energy within us, ultimately leading to excellence in what we call the Outer Game – our performance and results.
