Additionally to the ongoing coaching support I provide to The Honey Pot Co. team, I facilitated a workshop for the ELT team.

This workshop offered valuable insights into each group and individual's energy type and profile. Participants gained practical knowledge to maximise their potential and enhance effective collaboration, including guidance on how each one best makes things happen and how to best support each other.

Besides, individual Human Design Reading Sessions were offered, providing deep insights into each team member's unique design.
